1.Exam Cancellations

In no case Exam booking shall be cancelled:

  • User need to stick to the exam slot booking requested by him/her
  • User need to ensure stable internet connection.
  • User need to plan schedule before making exam payment.

2. Reschedule Eligibility Criteria

Reschedule may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation Before the Exam: If you reschedule your exam booking 7 days before the scheduled exam date and your request shall be processed.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues (e.g., issues with exam delivery, website failure) that prevent you from taking the exam, you will be eligible for a rescheduling, based on your preference.
  • Medical Emergencies: In cases of illness or medical emergencies, you may be eligible for a rescheduling if proper request is provided.
  • One Reschedule is permitted after slot booking.
  • 2nd Reschedule shall be considered as fresh exam booking request.

Reschedule will not be allowed under the following conditions:

  • After the Exam Starts: No reschedule will be provided once the exam has begun, regardless of circumstances.
  • Failure to Attend: No refunds will be granted for missed exams or no-shows without prior notice.
  • Incorrect Information: If incorrect details are provided at the time of booking (e.g., incorrect exam date or personal details), refunds will not be issued.

3. Procedure to Reschedule an Exam

To request a reschedule your exam, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your account on our portal.
  2. Navigate to the "My Exams" section and select the exam you wish to reschedule.
  3. Submit your request and wait for confirmation from our support team.

Once your request is received, our team will review it and process the reschedule if eligible.
