  • Registration Requirements: Users must provide accurate information, including a valid email address, full name, contact details, and other necessary information to create an account.
  • Verification Email: After submitting your registration details, you will receive a verification email. You must click the verification link within the email to confirm your registration and activate your account.
  • Profile Creation: Upon account activation, you will be prompted to complete your user profile. This includes uploading a profile picture (optional), providing your professional details, and any other information required for the exams or services you plan to access.
  • Terms and Conditions Agreement: During the registration process, you will be asked to accept our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other relevant policies. By completing the registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these documents.

2. Login and Password Management

We prioritize the security of your account. Therefore, we recommend the following measures to ensure safe and secure access to your user account.

  • Strong Password Guidelines: When creating your password, please ensure that it meets the following criteria:
    • A minimum of 8 characters in length.
    • A mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

3. Account Deactivation and Deletion Process

We understand that there may be times when you wish to deactivate or delete your account. Below is the process for doing so:

We will deactivate your account for a specified period and notify you once it has been completed. You will not be able to access your exams or services during the deactivation period.
  • Account Deletion: To delete your account permanently, please submit a formal request to our support team at support@excelcert.com . Upon request, we will delete your account and all associated data within 5 business days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

Please note that if you have any outstanding payments, exam bookings, or unresolved issues, these must be addressed before we proceed with the account deletion.

  • Impact of Deletion: Once your account is deleted, all data related to your exams, certifications, and personal information will be permanently removed from our system. You will no longer be able to access your past exam results or certifications.

4. Responsibilities of the User to Maintain Account Security

As the account holder, it is your responsibility to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account. To ensure the integrity of your account and to prevent unauthorized access, we recommend the following:

  • Secure Your Login Credentials: Do not share your username, password, or other account details with anyone. Keep this information confidential to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Monitor Account Activity: Regularly check your account activity for any suspicious transactions or exam bookings. If you notice anything unusual, report it immediately.
  • Keep Your Email Address Secure: Since your email is used for account-related communications, it is important that you use a secure email account with strong password protection. Ensure that your email service provider also employs appropriate security measures, such as encryption and MFA.
  • Notify Us of Security Breaches: If you suspect that your account has been compromised, immediately change your password and contact us for further assistance.

5. Reporting Unauthorized Access or Suspicious Activity

We take unauthorized access and suspicious activity very seriously and encourage you to report any concerns immediately. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization or you have noticed suspicious activity, please take the following actions:
